We relished the opportunity to craft a holistic service and experience for a brand-new product. We began with on-premise intercept interviews and user research including their banking needs and preferences, their aesthetic preferences, and their personal goals around financial goals and ideals.
ServiceKing's CSR app, Overdrive, was in need of updates to improve efficiency, user experience, usability, and aesthetics. It also needed a brand and UI update following a recent merger with Crash Champions. ServiceKing also desired to give their CSRs (customer service representatives) a better, more efficient system that allowed them to render better service to customers faster.
Together with three divisions inside the company, and Aperio Insights, we developed and executed the first-ever usability tests for this client’s in-car systems. After witnessing the results, the team went on to test additional products such as power wheelchairs, mobile apps, in-car, at-speed voice UI, and more.
Compliance requirements never sleep, and even world-class hospitals can have trouble keeping up with them. One such hospital has not only made it simple and frictionless for employees to report safety issues but also used the tool itself to increase employee buy-in, even with the onset of a pandemic.
Party City, the largest global supplier and seller of balloons, wanted to build an online, dynamic balloon bouquet experience where shoppers could, through their web browser (on mobile or desktop) and build a custom balloon bouquet. The retailer wanted customers to instantly see how it would look as they built it then built to their liking they could check out and pick up the finished bouquet at their nearest Party City store. Additionally, they wanted it to tie directly into their real-time inventory system, which would inform the buyer if the SKUs of the balloons were available at their local stores.
